Les Amuse-Gueules Blanc100% Semillon from Chteau de la Vieille Chapelle who have "Wine Made With No Added Suffering" on their promotional material. Not entirely sure if that is a sulfuring typo, but either way we love the message. An everyday white bordeaux that has a waxyness to it, with salinity, a touch of tropical fruit and lovely texture. This certainly has some pleasent body to it and isn't just a light easy wine, try this with some Mimolette or stronger blue cheeses
