Again Cabernet Sauvignon '18Another winner from one of our new favourite wineries. This is a platonic ideal Cabernet Sauvignon: smooth, silky tannins with just enough structure to keep it 'serious,' but you won't worry too much about that because you'll be too busy digging through the rich layers on the palate. Dark, ripe fruit: think black cherry, moyer plums; a little kiss of menthol; green pepper; flourishes of baking spice & pine. It keeps going and going.
