Victorian Silver Sugar Basket. Sheffield 1880 Martin Hall & Co. 3.7 troy ounces.Victorian Silver Sugar Basket. Of oval form and raised on an oval foot. The body is foliate engraved with a beaded rim. The handle is removable, held in place by sprung pressure and also features beaded detailed. Hallmarked to the body for Sheffield 1880 by Martin Hall & Co. Further part marked to the handle. In very good condition with slight distortion to the oval foot and a small repair to the underside of the foot, as shown in the 8th photo.
