Finca AgualindaA unique variety, unique to a region. Chiroso (so named due to its elongated shape) is believed to have originated from a landrace variety from Ethiopia, and grows almost exclusively in the Antioquia region of Colombia. After a couple of successful showings on the Colombia Cup of Excellence in 2014 by producers Jose Arcadio Caro and neighbor Doa Carmen Cecilia Montoya, the variety grew in demand.
