It comes from 50 year old Syrah grown on a plot at an altitude of 400 meters composed of basalt rocks poured from the Coiron Volcano. The berries are sorted in the plot and in the cellar, and vatting takes place in barrels for 4 to 5 weeks. The wine is then aged in French oak demi muids for 18 months. Purple and dark color. The nose evokes
