Henty Farm Riesling 2022In 2017 the winery switched winemaking to good friend Ray Nadeson at the excellent Lethbridge Winery in Geelong. Ray, who has had a long association making wines from the amazing Henty cool climate fruit, has brought incredible texture and expression to the wines with less mainstream techniques like Foudre fermentation for the Riesling and introducing skin contact with Pinot Gris and Riesling. Hentyfarm wines are not rushed to market, their refined
