A Fabulous Set of Three Large Regency Period Black Painted Cast Iron Window Boxes c.1820Origin: English Period: Regency Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1800 30 Width: 53 Depth: 10 Height at Fronts: 11. 5 & at Backs: 13. 5 (all each & at extremities) The large and heavy cast iron Regency period convex fronted window boxes in several layers of mainly period black paint, each of riveted construction and with three finials to each, the backs now adapted for use for flat walls, survive from the first quarter of the nineteenth century. The boxes
